Lockport Township High School will host their annual College and Career Fair on Thursday, October 24th, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
The goal is to introduce students to a variety of career paths, help them to set
meaningful goals and understand the steps needed to achieve them.
The school would be honored to have you join us as a volunteer career representative. Your role would involve
engaging with our students and their families, discussing the nature of your career, the required training,
degrees, or certifications, and what motivated you to choose your profession. A formal presentation is not
required; rather you are encouraged to open conversations that provide valuable insights.
A table and tablecloth will be provided for your use, though you are welcome to bring your own if you
prefer. You are encouraged to bring any visuals or handouts that might enhance your discussions.
The doors will open for our volunteers at 4:30 pm for check in, set up, and dinner.
Trainings and resources can be provided by the Institutional Partnerships STEM outreach team as needed.
