The National Organization for the Professional Advancement of Black Chemists and Chemical Engineers (NOBCChe) is inviting Argonne staff to serve as a judge for the Virtual Science Fair. Your expertise and passion for science will greatly contribute to the success of our event and inspire budding scientists to pursue their interests in STEM fields.

Responsibilities of Judges:
- Review Projects: You will have the opportunity to review and evaluate projects submitted by students in various categories.
- Provide Feedback: Offer constructive feedback to participants, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement in their projects.
- Score Projects: Utilize provided criteria to score projects objectively and fairly.
- Attend Judges' Briefing: Participate in a brief orientation session prior to the event to review judging criteria and guidelines scheduled Thursday, March 14, 2024 @ 7PM CST.
- Collaborate with Peers: Engage in discussions with fellow judges to ensure consistency and fairness in evaluations.
Qualifications:
- A background or interest in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Fair and impartial judgment.
- Reliability and commitment to fulfill judging duties on the specified date and time.
