Who We Are
MOSAIC is an employee resource group open to all employees committed to cultivating an environment of understanding, acceptance, and equality for everyone within the broader laboratory community. We strive to ensure that LGBTQIA+ individuals and Allies from all walks of life have a visible presence in the landscape of science and that Argonne National Laboratory’s workplace environment is free from discrimination and one in which all people are valued for their abilities and unique characteristics.
What We Do
Our mission is to strategically partner with the laboratory to:
- Increase belonging, improve retention, enhance recruitment, and drive innovation
- Create a community, amplify underrepresented voices, and contribute to a more inclusive workplace culture
- Provide nondiscriminatory leadership and resources at Argonne to promote equality
- Provide all employees with cultural awareness, educational and networking opportunities
- Participate in and expand outreach and talent recruitment activities
