Are you passionate about mentoring and supporting the next generation of researchers? We’re looking for Argonne staff and researchers to serve as Student Connects Facilitators for our upcoming summer program beginning May 26 - July 31, 2026.
What’s Involved:
- Lead a 30-minute weekly small group meeting (approx. 10 students).
- Meetings may be in-person or virtual, depending on your availability and preference.
- Around Week 5, conduct in-person individual midpoint check-ins with each student in your group.
- You’ll be provided with a slide deck and suggested topics for each session—no need to build content from scratch!
This is a great way to make a meaningful impact, help students feel connected, and contribute to a positive summer experience.
Time Commitment:
- ~30 minutes per week for group meetings.
- Additional time in Week 5 for individual check-ins (approx. 15 minutes per student).
