Welcome to the 2026 Family Preview Day and Open House general staffing sign-up. Your contribution will help ensure the success of these events.
There are many opportunities for you to get involved on Family Preview Day (Friday, June 26) and Open House (Saturday, June 27, 2026). These roles include working entry gates, staffing shuttle stops, serving as experience ambassadors and providing customer service at information tents, among other opportunities. We also need a pool of “floaters” willing to support any role on demand.
Please review the following before signing up:
- No prior experience is needed to sign up for a general staff role. All staff will be provided with the necessary training and information to support the position they select.
- All time slots are first-come, first-served. Once a role’s time slot is filled, you are encouraged to select a different time slot or join the waitlist.
- You are welcome to sign up for multiple roles and time slots. Note: When signing up for roles, remember to allow enough time between shifts to travel from one role to the next.
- For safety friends and family may not staff Open House.
All employees who sign up to work a general staff role will be asked to attend a virtual training on Thursday, June 18 from 2-3 p.m. This training will outline important information for all employees working general staff roles, supporting activities or working in operations. The training will be recorded for those who are not able to attend. Additional training sessions depending on role may also be offered.
